Refund Policy for Rental Car Booking Cancellations
Car Rental Booking Cancellation & Refund Policy

✅ The company reserves the right not to refund the rental fee under
any circumstances if the customer cancels the booking.

✅ Customers are allowed to reschedule the booking date once,
within 7 days from the original booking date.

✅ In the event of any booking changes, the customer shall be responsible for

the rental fee according to the rate applicable to the new rental period.
(Rental rates may vary depending on the selected period.)
